Our Mission

Fariborz Fred Matloob Foundation,  and its sister organization Fariborz Fred Matloob unit of B’nai B’rith (together “the foundation”), which were established in 1986 in memory of Fariborz Fred Matloob, are philanthropic organizations dedicated to preserving and promoting Persian social and cultural values among the Iranian population of Los Angeles by creating and supporting various educational, cultural and entertainment programs.  Further, the foundation uses the proceeds of all its fundraising events to support organizations in the united states and several other countries which take care of children with physical, mental or financial needs and their families, regardless of race, religion or ethnicity.
